Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account on m1cuci at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, Malaysian phone number and preferred payment method details. m1cuci will rely on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention and financial transaction processing. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. m1cuci will not be liable for any loss, damage or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately.
Prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, m1cuci requires all Account holders to complete KYC verification. This process requires submission of valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport) and, where applicable, proof of address documentation. m1cuci reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal privileges pending verification.
m1cuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and, for VIP Diamond members, BTC and USDT cryptocurrency. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise explicitly stated.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details entered for deposits and withdrawals. m1cuci will not be liable for funds lost or delayed as a result of incorrect payment account details provided by the User. Requests to reverse completed transactions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may not be possible once processing has commenced.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are registered in your own name and that match the identity details on your verified Account. m1cuci does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods. Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified, same-name payment method will be held pending resolution.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, birthday rewards and referral bonuses offered by m1cuci are subject to the specific promotional terms applicable to each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms (e.g., "10× wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total). Wagering on different game types (slots, live casino, sports) may contribute different percentages toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements, as set out per promotion.
m1cuci actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-risk betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim single-use bonuses, and collusion between members. Where bonus abuse is identified, m1cuci reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any derived winnings, and to suspend or terminate the Account.
Birthday bonuses are credited to verified Accounts within 24 hours of the Account holder's registered date of birth. The bonus amount is determined by the Account's VIP tier at the time of the birthday. Birthday bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements and may not be combined with other active bonus offers.
The m1cuci Referral Programme awards a bonus of MYR 38 to the referring member and a welcome bonus to the referred friend upon the referred friend's first qualifying deposit of RM50 or above. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements. Self-referrals, referrals made via the same device or IP address, and referrals involving fraudulent accounts are ineligible and will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
All bets placed on the m1cuci sportsbook are subject to acceptance at m1cuci's sole discretion. m1cuci reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without prior notice, including where the bet exceeds stated maximum stake limits, where the bet is placed on an event with suspended or incorrect odds, or where m1cuci has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event.
Odds displayed on the Platform at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds applicable to that bet unless the bet is voided. For in-play (live) betting, odds fluctuate in real time. m1cuci is not responsible for delays in odds display caused by network latency on the User's end. All event results are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia, the English Football Association for EPL fixtures).
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, m1cuci's decision, based on official sporting body results and the Platform's recorded bet data, shall be final. Disputes must be raised in writing to our support team within 7 days of the disputed event's settlement. No disputes will be entertained after this period.
Casino and live dealer games are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game interface. All games utilise certified random number generation (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, are operated by trained human dealers under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes are final once displayed and cannot be reversed after the fact.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m1cuci provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
m1cuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account; (c) interruptions, delays or errors in the Platform due to circumstances beyond m1cuci's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, banking system failures or force majeure events; (d) any loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions in games or the Platform, where such losses are not attributable to m1cuci's wilful misconduct.
In any event, m1cuci's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
m1cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (net of voided bonuses and outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to compliance with applicable KYC requirements and no outstanding fraud investigation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
The Platform is operated online and accessible by Malaysian players. m1cuci makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws applicable to their jurisdiction before accessing the Platform.
m1cuci reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting to the Platform, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Where changes are material, m1cuci will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
